Have references ready on hand to send them directly to me

Reminder that I have the right to decline commissions I am not comfortable or confident with.

Payments will be upfront will be processed through Paypal, Cashapp or Venmo.

I will notify you when I begin your commission by sending WIP shots

Once the avatar is finished, I will upload it onto my account to make sure everything is working (PC/Quest) before uploading to your account

Breathing Styles will be from an existing prefab made by other Avatar Creators

I WILL NOT do an avatar commission of an existing OC that is taken from Pintrest, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Blue.Sky, etc.

The reason I say this is that I will reverse image search the references provided or I know the original artist & OC

OCs must be of your own creativity or idea, not stolen from an existing OC deisgn

If the oc is stolen/doesnt belong to you, I will decline the commission (will most likely blacklist you)

I have the right to decline a commission if I do not feel comfortable or confident with the avatar or with the person

If a client displays inappropriate/immature behavior towards me while wanting/already ordered a commission, it will result in a cancellation and blacklist with no refund

Please note that commissions can take a few days, depending on school, art commissions or IRL reasons

I may post my own personal work during commissions. (This is so I can have a small break from commissions and work on some of my personal projects)
